Unless specifically warranted in the vehicle's description, all odometer readings advertised should be taken as incorrect, i.e. not warrented.
Without exception, all the cars we offer are checked against Experian's Car Data Check Database for such items as outstanding finance, condition (i.e. has it been an insurance write-off) theft, Police interest etc. Where the odometer reading is declared as warranted, this will have been checked too.
We accept Visa and Mastercard Debit Cards (CHIP and PIN only, and in person only), bank transfers, and sterling. We only accept Visa and Mastercard Credit Cards for deposits, with a maximum value of £500.00. Balances must be paid for by one of our other payment methods
UNDER NEW LAWS FROM 1ST OCTOBER 2014, VEHICLES ARE NOT SOLD WITH ROAD TAX. AS SOON AS THE CUSTOMER TAKES DELIVERY OF A VEHICLE AND DECIDES TO BECOME THE REGISTERED KEEPER ON DVLA RECORDS THEY MUST TAX IMMEDIATELY. THEY DO NOT NEED TO WAIT FOR THE REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE (V5C) TO BE IN THEIR NAME TO TAX. VEHICLES CAN BE TAXED BY USING V5C/2, EITHER ONLINE AT WWW.GOV.UK/TAX-DISC USING THE V5C/2 OF THE V5C, BY TELEPHONE ON 0300 123 4321, OR AT A PO BRANCH THAT DEALS WITH VEHICLE TAX

Please note we do not operate an organised distance selling scheme as defined by The Consumer Contracts (Cancellation, Information and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Therefore, even if you choose to not view your vehicle at our premises prior to purchase, you will not be entitled to cancel your order under any 14 day cancellation period. All other statutory rights remain unaffected.
We aim to ensure all our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase, however, should that not be the case we treat it is a priority to resolve any issues our consumers may have. If we cannot agree on a resolution to any complaints you have we may consider using Alternative Dispute Resolution to resolve your complaint. If we cannot agree on a resolution then we will provide you with information on an ADR provider who may be able to assist in resolving any complaints
